You are buying submission delivery measured in credits. A valid, unique URL that is accepted costs the number of credits shown on the pricing page (Standard 1, Instant 10, Bing 10).
We do not and cannot guarantee that Google or Bing will crawl, index, keep, or rank any page. Those decisions belong to the search engines and depend on content quality, duplication, technical health and their own algorithms. Any provider promising guaranteed indexing is misleading you.

If we fail to deliver a batch to the selected engine, the credits for that batch are returned to your balance automatically. Credits spent on URLs that were successfully delivered are not refunded because an engine later chose not to index them. Credits do not expire and are not transferable between accounts.
You may only submit URLs that you own or are authorised to promote. Submitting malware, phishing, adult content involving minors, illegal goods, or content that violates search-engine spam policies is prohibited and will result in immediate suspension without refund.
For the IndexNow/Bing channel you must publish a key file at your domain root. For Google submissions a verified Search Console property is required. We never ask for, and never store, your website password.
